Crane less De erection & Erection
This is one of the indigenously developed & highly successful technique, which has been regarded as highly beneficial to our customers especially when there is – no availability of crane / rough terrain /high cost of mobilization / Loss of generation So far we have replaced many more gearboxes and so many generators/ Rotor Blades.
Blade Repairing / Cleaning / Inspection
Being the main link in the energy conversion process, the blades need special attention all through. Attending a blade failure during the high wind season poses huge challenge where it is highly risky to de erect the rotor. We have attend many blade failures which have been declared as “IMPOSSIBLE & TO BE SCRAPPED” by OEMS & Other service providers. The noteworthy aspect in all cases is that “all rectification works have been carried out without de erecting the rotor”
Power factor / Reactive power Measurement
As most of the wind turbines are Induction Generators, reactive power Management is highly critical as over drawl of reactive power from the grid is liable for levying huge penalty by most of the electrical utilities across the globe .
Starting from the quantity /quality assessment, positioning, stage wise cut in / cut out monitoring & control / power circuit troubleshooting - we render a wholesome reactive power management solution.
Reconditioning & Design Modification
While almost all the turbines have been designed to deliver the best , every design has got its own inherent deficiencies & technical snags which results in reduced lifetime ,lower generation ,higher breakdowns ,more maintenance cost etc.
